2019 REGATTA PARTICIPATION WAIVER: *

ASSOCIATED COSTS & PLANNING CRU does not cover the costs of travel, lodging, or food for regattas.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for arranging my travel and funding my regatta participation.

This means I understand that I am expected to pay for my meals, lodging, and travel.

I further acknowledge that I should make no non-refundable travel or lodging plans until my participation in the regatta has been confirmed.

I am a TRAINING TRACK Club Member and I acknowledge that I will be charged $10 to participate in this regatta.

I have already paid my regatta fees as part of my membership dues.

EXPECTATION OF MY COMMITMENT - CRU POLICY *

Rower commitment determines how coaches plan line-ups, run practices, and also determines how many entries to register for.

I acknowledge that my commitment to race comes with a responsibility to CRU and my teammates.

If I choose to commit to a regatta I understand that I have until a predetermined date to cancel my commitment.

If I miss that date I acknowledge that I will be subject to a $25.00 fine.

It is my responsibility to help fill the seat.

My failure to do so may result in the boat I was seated in running the risk of not racing and CRU being subjected to a no refund policy for regatta registrations.
